New Service, Vaultwarden

Today I setup Vaultwarden (previously Bitwarden-RS), a bitwarden server for ~vern.

With this we have a bitwarden server to host passwords, which will be the primary way for ~vern passwords to be shared between us three.

We hope that this helps more people start using password manages and secure their logins better!
